Our company have developed around 200 forms with RackForms (and with previous Formboss). Great product and it`s been stable for 4 years.. We had som licensing trouble (my mistake), and developer gave us exelent support due to timedifference
The owner is a pretty uptight jerk. I was a previous customer and had issue with a lost e-mail account from a former position. He wouldn’t assist me to recovering my info so I can download what I had paid for, so I was out $115. I’m not saying its a bad product, its actually good. What I am saying is that you won’t get any sort of free upgrades, and the customer support is non existent. If the guy behind this had a slight shred of niceness about him I might have been a lifetime customer.

- Connectivity with Salesforce.com is very simple and easy to use. Connectivity maps forms data directly into Salesforce and can be updated quickly and efficiently when in use with schema.
- Easy page layout builder allows for simple web design and connectivity when setting up. A basic user could map out needs of the form, with an Administrator then setting up any connectivity or validations as needed.
- Retains form data and makes it easy to determine which information will be pulled from the form. Administrators can see submitted forms, measure drop rates, etc to get solid results from the form “behind the scenes”
- Conflict management with Salesforce through connectors is limited. If you make a change in Salesforce using this product without updating the form, the only time you will know is when an error email triggers to the admin.
- Better support follow up through the site. Whenever I have a technical issue, I have to go out to their main page for admin support, which it would be easier to find and/or use in the program once you’re logged in.
- Cost prohibitive for smaller organization, the value of what you pay may not be enough for smaller organizations looking to use the tool.

What do you like best?
EmailMeForm is incredibly powerful, dynamic, and provides a slew of integrations that make it a top level Form Builder. Here are some of my favorite features:
1. It integrates directly with Google Sheets (all form data can go directly into a Google Sheet that can be shared)
2. It processes payments with a number of gateways including Braintree, which is a huge deal for me
3. Completely mobile optimized
4. Lots of customization. 80+ fonts and you can customize every aspect of it just about. It allows us to stay on brand.

What do you like best?
Love Formstack! We switched from Wufoo and haven’t looked back. While the investment was a bit steeper, it was worth it. The user-interface is extremely intuitive; multiple team members including myself were able to jump in right away with minimal orientation/training. We’ve had no issues with the service or support whatsoever.
What do you dislike?
If only to be nitpicky, canned reporting would be nice (conversions this month, conversions last week, etc.) rather than having to manually set the date range. Some sort of safeguard against bogus form completions (asdfasfj@asf;sdfsd.com) would be nice as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product
While you easily import from other providers, be sure to do a stand-alone export from your previous provider so that you have old form completions on file.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
Prior to using Formstack, our form/landing page conversion rates had to be calculated manually. Now, detailed analytics are front and center. We couldn’t do A/B testing on our forms either, and now we can optimize.

What do you like best?
Wufoo is one of the best online tool to create web forms it has around many different types of forms over several templete,which gives wide preference to create online forms and event registration pages,its the best tool for non IT candidates who can go through the online to maintain their online events or any web forms development.The worst thing is to create a form with a large amount of icons, features characteristic and the tool heips you to get in the way u need,when i came across wuFoo,i don’t find such problems because the form mannequin creator is clutter free and also help the user to create a simple, simpleton , basic and effective form without any confusion or any stress feelings. The best part on this online tool editor is that its too fun to do it online with simple and you wont find difficulties if you are a non IT guy.wufoo can be good tool for non-profit with low budgets firms.
What do you dislike?
wufoo can be used for creating smaller firms and web forms,when trying to build the complex form i prefer that wufoo is not correct for the job as it requires portal access and to create a lengthy forms the user must be getting bored of continuously using the tool and can’t be able to do it in a one sitting.

I recommend all non IT user once to go through this tool for their need of any web forms.

It’s pretty easy to create surverys with Typeform. Typeform provides simple drag-and-drop support and there are many different items for different question types. Available question types including multiple choice, opinion scales, rating scales and picture choices are pretty satisfying. Typeform provides a smooth interface for my surveys. Typeform data API is very practical and well-documented. Developers can simply integrate their surveys to other applications with data API. I think, the most critical features of Typeform are logic jumps and data export options.
It is not possible to import data to dropdown questions, every option should be written manually and it takes lots of time. Also the only available direction for survey pages is vertical and the horizontal option is missing.
